Emergency Prayer Request
Please pray for my dad. He is in the hospital right now, with blood clots in both lungs.
Thanks so much for praying.

Thank you so much for your prayers, everyone.
My dad was moved to a hospital down in Phoenix on Monday, and they did a biopsy on a possible tumor in the right lung. Today we got some biopsy results, and it is not cancer! PRAISE GOD!!!! They still don't know what the mass is--but it sounds like it could just be dead tissue caused by the blood clots.
He is being kept in the hospital until they can figure out the correct dosage for the blood thinner that he is on for the blood clots.
Things got pretty rough this week, as in the middle of all of this, my mom (diabetic) went to the hospital by ambulance, as she made a mistake with her insulin (she took the wrong one). She actually probably didn't need to go, but poison control, 911, and the ER Dr. all told her to.
But God has been very good to us through all of this.

Glad to hear things've gone relatively well so far! Ya'll will still be in my prayers!
Oops, I posted another update last week on a different forum, but forgot to on here. Sorry!
My dad was discharged from the hospital on Saturday, January 27. Also, they did identify the mass as just dead tissue caused by the blood clots (which is normal with blood clots in the lungs). It did take awhile for the blood thinner to get working properly though, but today his weekly blood test results came back, and his level (measurement of blood thinness) is finally up to the bottom of the range that it is supposed to be in.
Praise God for everything He has done! And thanks again for all your prayers.
