My Grandma

Last night my grandmother passed away. She was the only grandparent I ever had and always lived less than ten minutes away, so she was especially close. The funeral will probably be on Monday or Tuesday. Both my sisters are coming in from Philadelphia and Ukraine.

Prayers for my mom and her sisters especially and the rest of the family would be appreciated.

Well, the funeral has been scheduled for Tuesday. My sister from Philadelphia got in last night, but my sister from Ukraine is a nervous wreck. She's getting physically sick and has to take a 20 hour plane trip. Luckily, though, he roomate is going to be with her.

The funeral went well. I was a pallbearer and read a poem and the family got together this evening. She will be missed, but today was a great tribute to her good life. My sister flies out tomorrow. Thanks for all your prayers.
