Bothersome ankle

Post by Termite »

Yeah. So I decided to see if I could twist my ankle while walking after a soccer ball... It worked. \:D/

Sounds like fun... er, I'm sorry. Does it hurt much? I'll pray for you!

Seriously. I do hope it gets better, and it won't bother you too much.

I hope it gets better. I'll pray for you.

Maybe you could get an ankle brace. That's always helpful.

I got a new wrap to use when I need it, but the guy at the store told me to use it as little as possible so the ligaments and stuff wouldn't get "used to it", which would mean I would always have to use one to play soccer with. It's doing better, I just can't move it around completely. This is the third time I've done it to my left ankle, so the tendons are getting mad at me. Thanks for the prayers, guys.

Oh, I completely tore a ligament in my ankle in the fall so my doctor said that whenever I played sports I'd have to use an ankle brace, maybe forever, but at least I'm not going to hurt it again.
