As you may know Cristina is still in the hospital in Chicago. We have been here since July 19th. Only one surgery was planned, but she had her fourth instead yesterday. There will be one or two more before she can come home as well. She has made a website at www.caringbridge.org/visit/cristinas if you would like more information. I can't be away from her long enough to explain it.
Anyway,.. Her 17th birthday is this Saturday. She is pretty bummed out that she can't be home for it so I thought I'd get her friends and family to send her e-mail birthday cards and/or notes. If you want to do this please send it to my address at [email protected]
If all goes well we will be home in a few more weeks.
