The Town of Odyssey

Over the last day or so my left knee has started hurting. It is mainly on the sides. If I sit for a long period of time and then try to get up to do something, it hurts to put pressure on it. I am unsure what is causing it but please pray that it gets better.

I've had bad knee pain in the past and I've found that using a knee brace can really help stop the pain. You might want to think about getting one.

After going to the doctor this morning, apparently my sore knee was stretched tendonitis Gave me a steroid shot and it seems to be helping. Thanks for all the prayers and thanks to whoever sent me the online flowers.

Bumping time cause I don't feel like making a new topic. It seems the pain has come back. I hear once you get tendonitis it never totally goes away. May have problems the rest of my life.
