Fairly Urgent-[Update]

My great uncle stopped breathing this week, so right now he's in the hospital on a respirator. I don't think he's going to make it much longer, but I'm uncertain as to whether or not he is truly saved. He used to be a Methodist pastor, but his family is really broken. His daughter is married to another women, and they have a one year old child. :( His oldest son is divorced with a ten year old daughter, and his youngest son had a child, and married soon after.

This is not to slam my extended family, just to say what they need pray for. But specifically my great uncle right now. He's unconscious as far as I know, but God...He can do ANYTHING. Thanks:)

My dad and brother went to check in on them. Doctor says they can either make him comfortable and let him go peacefully, or do heart surgery with a chance he may not make it through that. I think my great aunt is going to go for the heart surgery, they'll see if he's up to it on Monday.

Good news! The doctors decided it wasn't his heart after all (how you can make a mistake about so great a part, I'll never know ;) ), so they're starting him on some new medicine. Praying it'll help him hang on longer. :)

Thank you SO much.

My great uncle Steve has been awake at times, so thankfully his close family has been able to talk to him. However, his heart is failing fast, each new day is a miracle. Please continue to pray for his salvation. Thanks :)

Yes, it does. Honestly I don't know all the details, we're not quite that close. Grandma's pretty bothered about it,she's on vacation right now. :anxious:
