My friend really needs some support right now..

This is what I'm referring to that he has..

I have a friend who has, in the past, used himself and other people to provide themselves for him.. and he recognized it was wrong and stopped. But now, after a while, he had a relapse or something and now is getting urges again. He doesn't want to hurt anyone, and he thinks of himself as a "monster" because he knows blood-letting and using it like that is wrong, and doesn't want to.
He really needs some support and I really don't know what I can do for him right now, either. Any prayers for him would be greatly appreciated!
