That's not how moontide ran his and you said that is what you based it after.

On Moontide's you bid for a dollar and the top two people pay you but you only have to give the top bidder the money.

You bid. Say, maybe 50 cents. And whoever bids the most in a certain number of days (which I'll say) wins. So if you bid 1.00, you would have to pay me 1 dollar, and I'd give you the ten cents, and the second highest bidder would just pay me what he bid. Get it?

It's said right there. The highest bidder pays the amount he bid, and I give it to him, but the second highest bidder pays and gets nothing!

and I made it clear that I didn't read the first post because I saw dollar auction and figured it would be an actual dollar auction, not a ten cent auction. If you were going to make a ten cent auction you should name the thread ten cent auction, not dollar auction.
