Monty made a very good point earlier about waiting to see how everyone else votes and then just voting against your own proposal, but there's no rule that says that strategy isn't allowed, so I agree with Moontide. So minichef's proposal passes. And I suggest whoever goes next proposes this rule: When one proposes a rule, he is required to explicitly state whether he approves or disapproves of said proposed rule.

Then the bill passes. The score is now:

Ric: -5+10=5, 5+(5*.1)=5.5=6
Minichef: -2+(306-291*.5)=7.5. -2+7.5=5.5, 5.5+(5.5*.1)=6.05=6
Monty: 23+10=33, 33+(33*.1)=36.3=36
Moontide: -3 (No change that would result in a change in integer.)

I am basing this off of the stated addendum to 202 regarding mail and computer games. (Referring to integers.) Please double check me if you want to!

It is my turn, so:

Proposed rule 307: The person or persons making a proposal, must express their vote, whether "Aye, or "Nay," within or directly after their proposal. As this is a fairly important rule, anyone who failed to do this would be fined 1 point.

Let's discuss! Oh, and I vote "Aye" on this proposal.
It's been awhile, hasn't it?

Disagree with how you did your math, but I am to lazy to do it different. So I will go with how you did it.

I vote Aye.

I vote nay, because as seen in last proposals from me, I forget to state aye or nay.

Welcome back, Ric! Minichef hasn't been on in a while, and the last I heard, she wasn't coming back. We might need to find someone to take her place. But for now, the bill passes!

Ric: 6+(6*.1)=6.6=7
Minichef: 6+10=16. 16+(16*.1)=17.6=18
Monty: 36+((307-291)*(.75))=48. 48*(48*.1)=52.8=53
Moontide: -3 (Again, no change that would have resulted in a change in integer.)

I will try to contact Minichef and see if she still has interest in this. If not, I think Mark Prescott wanted in.

Moontide, it is your turn.

I propose a new rule:
If a player fails to do any action that they need to do (for example voting) for 4 days, then they stop existing, until they post again.

if minichef isn't coming back and you need another player I guess I could try my hand at this
^AIOluver^

Who am I? I'd rather not answer that question, the real question is, "Who are you?". Right now I am trying to think of something witty to put here.. I might not find anything, but that's fine. This block of text should be fine for a signature. Wait, are you still reading this? Why are you reading this? Stop. Seriously.
STOP.
This sentence is true.
The sentence above is false.

I dare you not to read this.
Hey! I said not to read this.
Maybe if I talk like this.
Wait, you still see me? *sighs* I give up.

Minichef has indicated to me in real life that she will not be returning to the ToO. As the rules do not bar the substitution of players, AIOluver, you are now in and we need to vote. I vote Aye on this proposal.

I think so, per rule:
116. Whatever is not prohibited or regulated by a rule is permitted and unregulated, with the sole exception of changing the rules, which is permitted only when a rule or set of rules explicitly or implicitly permits it.

Vote on Moontide's proposed rule: If a player fails to do any action that they need to do (for example voting) for 4 days, then they stop existing, until they post again. There is one vote for the proposal, one vote against. Moontide will be fined for not stating an "Aye" in the proposal, and you and Whitty Whit need to vote.

This proposal is good, because otherwise, we're just waiting around until somebody gets back from vacation so they can cast the final vote (eg, me). So I vote aye.

I like this idea, it won't mess up the time of the game as much. :P
