Here you can try to rob another user. But you only can try to rob 10.00 percent of his current cash amount!

Like in real life, crime isn't really successful. Your chance to be successful with your robbery is 25.00 percent.

If you get caught, you will loose additionally 50.00 percent of the value you wanted to steal!

If you, yes you, upstanding citizen of the ToO are ready to delve into the life of CRIME AND DECEPTION!

I wish it were me controlling his account, but elected admins don't do NPCs remember? I'm just sort of playing along trying to figure out if there's a way to stop him. One way is definitely to put your money into the bank, that way nobody can steal from you except from your cash on hand. I've figured that out...."experimenting" with the system.

I heard somewhere that the people in charge of NPCs were set up back before Catspaw came to power but that could be false.
