It's hard to believe we are now ready to bring to power the sixth administration team! After over a month of campaigning, 4 teams emerged with the funds necessary to compete for the administrative crown. The winner is going to have big shoes to fill! (And no, Bart Rathbone was not a contender).
Many of the teams stood on well thought out platforms and an impressive 108 votes were cast in the Sixth Town of Odyssey Election. Equally impressive were the results.
In fourth place, Elizabeth Doyle and Lord_Kappa managed to grab 7 votes (6%). Placing third, Hakeber BC Rathbne Doyle and The Top Crusader secured 15 votes (13%). !
ek and J-man will become the new Mayor and Chief of Police of the Town of Odyssey and took 49 votes (45%) to defeat the rest of the candidates. WINDSHEAR and Aram Doyle finished second with 37 votes (34%).
The winners will be appointed to their posts later today and the moderators will be decided in the near future. Congratulations to all teams involved! It was a tough campaign and everyone should be proud of what has been accomplished. I’m sure that some of you will be campaigning again in a few months with more experience and even more great platform ideas!
