Hmm... I don't like to be too critical, but some of the people that are now mods haven't exactly exhibited the greatest rule following behavior. But that's just my opinion.

Over time these users have matured quite a bit, and hopefully they will do their jobs well

Anyway, nice selection of people for moderating duties! It'll be interesting to see how this term turns out.
