The Election Boards Revealed!

It’s been asked for, waited for, and now it’s finally here.
The Election Boards are being made public! :D
*applause*
But it’s not going to happen all at once.
*grumbles*
Wait, let me explain!
To draw out the fun of this historic event, the boards will be revealed one at a time as rewards for finding a series of hidden images.
There isn’t a board for the first election, so there will be 18 total.


Let’s get started! \:D/

The ‘declassified’ image at the top of this post is hidden somewhere. At least one person needs to find it and pm me its location.
Clue: Hey Andromeda, there’s an app for that.

The 19th Election Board is now available in the Ruins! \:D/
(Or will be when Catspaw comes online.)

For the next one:

The ‘declassified’ image in this thread’s first post is hidden somewhere. At least two people need to find it and pm me its location.
Clue: No offense meant ladies, but you can’t dispute math.

gah...I know where it SHOULD be, but I don't see the picture...I don't see the picture for the first clue either :-O I'm missing what I'm supposed to be looking at or something...

You probably didn’t see the first one because I removed it once it was out of play. ;)

I honestly have no idea what this clue is referring to (as in bookworm hid them and I don't know where), so I could be wrong, but the part about workers makes me think that this could be referring to Dan's smiley construction workers who make the anniversary threads. If that hasn't already been investigated, those threads might be worth checking out.

I really didn’t think this one would be hard. >_>
As I said before, only one clue per image. However since no one has found this one yet I’ll give a hint. Catspaw had a good idea, but it’s wrong. It has nothing to do with those smiley workers. It’s more obvious than that.
