The Town of Odyssey Turns Fourteen!

Post by Catspaw »

Everyone,

I am pleased to announce that the ToO has officially turned fourteen! \:D/ It is unbelievable that this site is still here after all these years! I fondly recall the very first April 1, logging online to check out Shadowpaw's advertised surprise, only to discover the best message board of all time awaiting me! Good times. It's awesome to still have a bunch of original members drop by, plus all the members who have joined since then!

The statistics below prove that there are a lot of dedicated ToOers who love to post, even if we're not quite as busy as we were that first year! \:D/

Number of posts: 1047019
Posts per day: 204.74
Number of topics: 30470

It's amazing we're still going, but not surprising. This is a very special community.

I totally agree! There are lots of great people connected to the ToO, both past and present.

Happy Birthday to the ToO! I'd like to point out that this is the only year in which the Town of Odyssey will be exactly twice as old as the Soda Shop. I believe this will happen on June 17th. \:D/

Haha, that's a solid entry into the "weird random meaningless stats" category! ;)

Age difference of two things should be a constant value, am I missing something in this statement?

I was just referring to the Town of Odyssey being 14 this year, and the Soda Shop turning 7. The age difference will always be the same, it's just that this year the SS will be as old as the age difference.

Sorry all, life is just too busy these days to make pictures, let alone come up with an interesting idea. I also just now realized I forgot the ToO's birthday this year until now.

Use the chatroom! It's been active for a year, and most of you are missing it.

I wasn't yelling. I was talking with vehemence.
