That way it's a bit more of a challenge. If their username has more than one word in it, you can choose either one or both if that helps. Another alternative is to use the same letter for all three (or whatever number you choose) compliments, even if it's unrelated to their username! It can be a member who regularly posts or who needs a little encouragement to come post again on the ToO or just somebody you miss...or don't.

(I think Trent and Frank added that smiley back in term 4 when they were the admins, so it is being used in a complimentary kind of way! I always associate that smiley with Trank.)
