I need to get my hands on those books. Badly. It's gnawing away at my insides. :anxious:

I finished I, Coriander last night. For the... third? time. Some books just deserve more than one reading.

A library is another thing I need. Even more badly. =O

I'm reading a biography about Loren Cunningham, the founder of Youth With A Mission (YWAM). I'm nearly finished, only a couple more chapters to go, but boy I am inspired! From God telling Loren's mother exactly where the $5 bill little Loren lost was, to the clear call and visions God's given him, to Loren's wife being raised from the dead, there is an abundance of amazing testimonies in this work.

When I first read that post, I thought the Alan Alda part was a part of the book's title: Never Have Your Dog Stuffed by Alan Alda.

I haven't been reading any books lately, but I'm hoping to make up for that with a lot of reading over the next couple of weeks!

I've heard of the book by Alan Alda, but I never got around to checking at the library for it. I should do that! :D I love "The Truth Seeker" - good book! :D

I'm just about to start "First Light" bu Bodie and Brock Thoene. It's the first book in the A.D. Chronicles series, which was recommended by somebody during the reading contest...Ingress Neverwhere maybe? The series sounded good, anyway. I'm looking forward to starting the book! :D

Go read a book, Lizzie! :x

I started "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader," since it's August's book of the month and it's convenient, since we own the Narnia books. :D And I haven't read it in a while, so it's fun to read it again! Good times.

I prefer the Zion Chronicles series, as opposed to the Zion Covenant series, but I agree that all Bodie Thoene books are excellent!

I read one of those series' years ago, but I forget which one. :anxious: The name of the book J-man is reading sounds familiar - I think it was that one. I do remember enjoying the series!

I'm a third of the way through "Draven's Defiance," the fifth book in the Passages series by Paul McCusker! I'm powering through the books, and thoroughly enjoying the experience! Especially with the interconnected prologues and epilogues, it really is nice to read them close together.
