What is easier?

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

What is easier?

So, are you more of a late-night or an early-morning person?

Staying up to 5 is several times easier! If I had to get up at 5, I'd probably try to go to be early... but I probably wouldn't be able to sleep anyway. :noway:

Are you asking because you stayed up so late last night?

Well, that might be one reason that I came up with this question, yes. :anxious:

I would be completely nocturnal, but... well, parental reasons. :P
"Sonuna" Taranimak ("Sonuna" Sharkquill) has been content lately. She admired own very fine Bed recently. She talked with a parent recently. She talked with a friend recently. She had a good meal recently. She admired a fine tastefully-arranged Desk recently.
She is a citizen of The United States of America. She is a member of The State of Minnesota. She is a member of The Town of Odyssey.
"Sonuna" Taranimak likes Bauxite, Copper, Green jade, the color navy, cloaks, ballistas, cats for their aloofness and hydras for their seven heads. When possible, she prefers to consume Dr Pepper and ramen.
She lives at a relaxed pace. She tends to avoid crowds. She has a fertile imagination. She is completely disorganized. She is very distant and reserved. She tends not to openly express emotions. She needs caffeine to get through the working day.

So if you had your way, Sonuna, you'd be sleeping right now? :-s

5AM does not appeal to me either way. However, if I had to change, I'd much rather wake early as opposed to staying up late. I can manage staying up until 2 or 3AM . . . but keeping my eyelids open past 3AM results in a detrimental shock to the body the next morning. #-o

I find it a detrimental shock either way. I prefer the late shock.

I find it nearly impossible to wake up at five am. Hitting it from the other side, however, is fairly easy.

Totally would rather stay up till 5 than try and attept to get up till 5......In fact, if I know I have to get up extremely early, I'll usually just pull an all dayer.

Whimps..........I have to be (er.......should be) up at 5:00 AM most days when I work.......however due to circumstances beyond my control, I learned that I can procrastinate getting out of bed until 5:45 and still be at work on time.

Though I will say it's easier to just stay up until 5 AM (assuming you can go to bed at that time) than it is to get up at 5 AM.

I have only got up at 5:00 (it might have actually been a little later then that). I don't think that I could stay up till 5:00.....I would be SO tired!

I'm NOT a morning person.

Last New years eve I was at my best friends house and I couldn't get to sleep until 6am, and I got up at 9am. I was fine that day.....but the NEXT DAY! I felt like I could sleep the whole day!

I am totally a night person. I mean, I can get up really early if I have to, but it's hardly fun. I can stay up all night like nothing, though. I think its easier to just stay up all night then get a couple hours sleep and try to wake up that early. I feel less tired that way... although it doesn't really make sense... :-s

Heh in the "good ol' days" I could be found online chatting until 6 :30 AM........at which point I'd go take a shower and get ready for church (and often times these were the days when I was teaching Sabbath School classes and doing power point, or involved in the service in some other way).

Peace Out

Yay for staying up late! \:D/ I hate getting up early, so staying up late would be better. I could easily stay up until 5 a.m. reading or watching a movie or talking with my best friend (if she didn't fall asleep)...lots of fun can be had at those late, barely coherent hours! ;)

I have to agree with the majority on this board. I would positively die if I had to get up at 5!

I'm definately a night person. Although, my job may require me to be waking up at 4 and start at 5 this summer, which will be a shock to my system.

Unlike the rest of us, Frank is a morning person. I fall asleep if I stay up later than 1am. (cannot understand why the rest of you like staying up late.) Am no fun at girl's slumber parties. (Am thankful that I haven't been shaving-creamed yet.)

LOL, if everything goes as planned, I'll be a terror for my future roomates.

Some of you know that there is the strong possiblity of me going across the country (to the West coast). So needless to say that this body of mine that is use to being up by 5 or 6 AM will be in a place 3 hrs behind........thus up and trying to be active at 2 and 3 AM local time...........hopefully they're sound sleepers :D Last time I went from East to West I was getting up between 2 and 2:30 AM everyday for like a month before I adjusted (weird though cuz when I come to the East it only takes me a week or so to adjust and quit oversleeping).

Peace Out
