...stick figures don't count. ~_o

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

Can you draw?

You're looking at the next Leonardo da Vinci!

Well... can you draw? Paint? Do you specialize in depicting inanimate objects, people, animals, or anime/manga? Perhaps you've resorted to drawing stick figures? Regardless, let everyone know about your artistic skills--or lackthereof. :anxious:

Allow me to begin.

I can draw. Barely. :noway:

See?

I like to draw a bit more than stick figures, but I still only possess mediocre skills.

Of course I'd draw Elves...you knew that. ;)

Good old artpad.

I can only draw inorganic objects, and not very well at that. I used to get those drawing books and trace the pictures. 3-D art on the other hand. I'm quite a good modeler, and my video skills translate quite well into camera positioning and lighting. I should put up some renders that I did a couple of years ago.

You should have put painting up there too. O:) I paint better than I draw, if that makes any sense. But really. My drawing is fine, but the one thing that is practically impossible for me to draw is a human(Like a real, live human. Sure I can draw fake images. :p). I can draw animals, getting ok at scenery, but people? Argghh, it's impossible. I can never get the nose right. :-s

Mine too. (It's of my pet bird whom I love.)

I wouldn't spend as much time as Elf on art.com though. :D

Too tired to go and attempt to create anything on that artpad thing, but thoroughly enjoyed watching your masterpieces!

I love to paint, particularly acrylics. I do a lot of realistic/abstract stuff. My paintings usually depict my mood and are a way for me to vent my emotions. I used to sketch a lot, but not so much these days.

Same here :D There are times when I'm so gloomy all I draw is a very gloomy looking picture. :p

I'm not very good at art. I have certain characters that I draw, but you have to know what they are before you actually tell what they are.
