Dr. Blackgaard is technically dead, so I doubt that he'll show up. My guess is that Eugene won't be on the ToO until we have the full story on what has happened to him in the real AIO world.
I'd really like to see Walter Shakespeare, by the way. Especially after listening to "My Fair Bernard" the other day.
