So - I have been looking forward to posting a thread like this FOREVER. \:D/

What could it be??!?!?!?!

Almanzo has come, that's what.

This past Monday, I was engaged to marry a wonderful, godly, young man. God has blessed me far above what I deserve!

I just wanted to pop on and let all those of you here that remember me know about the good news. :D This means I'll be even more busy than I have been as I prepare for a wedding later in the year. Aaaaahhh! But I'm looking forward to being a wife and making my new home a delightful place.

And for all the girls who may be interested in my ring: ;)

Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he's soooooo great, I'm not putting him on a pedestal. ;) I was more referring to God's provision of a husband in general - Proverbs 18:22 (but switched to husband instead of wife). God gives good gifts to His children out of His great love for us, and I'm grateful that He does so, even if we are sinful creatures. :D

I shouldn't have tried so hard to be contrary in the process of complimenting you. ;) That definitely makes sense, and God's love and grace are well worth celebrating!

Things are moving along with wedding prep, and we have a house (at least under contract, not closed yet) as of Saturday. Yay! \:D/
