Yesterday was nice, but I felt like I was still celebrating today while watching Canadian tennis player Milos Raonic beat his American opponent in straight sets! Tennis isn't a really nation-based sport, but still, that was fun.
Canada is still connected to Britain in an important way - I don't think many Canadians forget. We have less to help us remember than some places, such as messy wars that live on in infamy, but we're up to 149 years of (moderately) good times!
