Was it intentionally Taco Tuesday, or did the event just happen to fall on a Tuesday?

It was for a promotion they do every year with the NBA Finals (they also do it with the World Series), I don't know how they decided the day to use, if there was any specific reason for setting it when they did; it was six days after the game that activated the deal. I haven't paid enough attention over the years to recall if it's always done the same amount of time after the game, or always done on a Tuesday.

I looked up an article about the last one they did and the tacos were given out on a Wednesday, eight days after the game that activated them. Doesn't seem like there's any set logic to it, it just happens roughly a week later.
