Leave it to a whistle banning for Top to see the seriousness of the situation.

BTW, remember, these comics are based loosely on reality, and are pure fiction. The real Jared would have never banned something like "whistling" or anything like that. I'm just having fun writing this, so don't take any of t seriously.
