For all you PC junkies...

Is this a good videocard?

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

Its a nice looking one, but a so so deal

http://www.pricewatch.com/h/prc.aspx?i=37&p=61&f=1 is a list of cards starting at $62 going up....

agp is better if you have a computer that can take it (as opposed to pci)
http://www.pricewatch.com/images/t/wZkB ... q1lBE=.jpg look at the right side, the gold part pci

http://www.pricewatch.com/images/t/7db0 ... 2RPJA=.jpg agp, note its further back (though, they usualy tell which it is)

http://www.pwv.magicmicro.com/smoreinfo.asp?iid=769 one agp dual head (two monitors) that is better than the one you were looking at, and a little cheaper

Hope that helps

Peace Out

Of course PCI Express is even better.....

The 5200 is a moderate card. It is fairly high end, but the PCI interface would cause me to reconsider. For that price though, you probably won't get anything better.

Nah, dude. Tigerdirect.com is the best I've ever been to. It's almost like skanline.com or tgm's skate shop. Unbeatable prices everywere you look.
