As outlined in our platform we are moving the special interest factions over to Subscription Based Content (otherwise known as SBC) and I've started doing just that. We hope you will find this a little more organized for you. So if you're wondering what happened to your faction down there- just check the SBC area.
There are a few more left that have yet to be moved because for some reason I couldn't move them (it seems to be the factions made before a certain point in time) but Catspaw should get to it when she has the time. :3
Also- we haven't carried out our whole faction reform just by moving the SBC factions out of the faction area- we have a few more spiffy surprises coming along as well.
Note: Special interest factions are the factions that relate to one certain topic- such as Computers or Legos, you get the point.

I'm just curious...what exactly do you define as a faction? Do all the SBC forums now automatically add members, just like the others did? (Second Church, Inventors Corner, etc.) Because several former factions, such as the Campus, ToOHL, and the Homeschoolers Union, all used to have requirements for membership...not just anybody could join.
I do like the shorter screen! You guys ARE fast.

I checked that out, and since my faction is now SBC: Book Club . My settings are still the same, people have to request membership.

Well, any of the SBC factions you have to request membership. But before, all of them automatically added you once you requested it. Do you still have to approve members in your book club?
