It was created for the Trent/Frank team called Frank.
I drove it around after you won.
During Regis' reign I rebuilt it from parts I found around town (it apparently had been dismatled)

The Trank Tank had been stored behind the D&D Farm barn for awhile.
I packed my stuff and moved out of town with it.

You guys only owned it for the first thing mentioned.

I found one piece sitting in an alley, probably, then went searching the entire town, finding pieces holding up rotting buildings, beside dumpsters, I think I found part of a tread in the lake.
