Anyone who wants to become a Jr. Mod needs to PM ONE OF THE ADMINS. If you are selected, you will be allowed into a special Jr. Mod faction, and be trained in the fine art of moderating by other users who have been mods and/or admins in the past or are mods and/or admins right now

That's what I was wondering.

Will former mods be able to join in order to fine tune their skills and perhaps offer dialogues on different moderating issues they've had during their terms?

I'm mostly thinking about me, would I be able to join? And would I want to? What will be happening in this very selective forum?
