As our platform said, a faction for individuals that will train to be moderators in the future go into this group.
If you desire to become a member of this faction, pm one of the admins and they will look it over.
This faction will not guarantee you a mod spot, however you will be considered more likely than not by the next term

.
As of right now there is no limit of time that you can be in this faction, on the other hand this may change at one point, and you can spend a month or so at maximum in the faction to train, I haven't worked it all out yet right now, but as of right this second there isn't a limit.

I wanna be a Jr. Mod... but I know the rules of this place... I'd rather just be worthy of being picked from the actual COP and Mayor than being apart of a Faction and being picked from there... But that won't happen 'cause I'm not worthy of it... reasons beyond my control, unfortunately.

WOuld this cause me to be looked on as stupid if I joined the Jr. Mod Faction?

When did this town become so violent? Why all the anger?

I'm so hurt by that statement. You should respect leaders. Don't tell them to fall off a cliff.

Is the Jr. Mod faction going to be a place where you can ask moderating questions? Who will give the answers?

The Jr. Mod faction right now is designed to teach the users that are just dying to be mods the responsibilities it takes to do that. Hopefully with that knowledge, they will grow in learning, maturity, and become eventually well respected users of the board
