You had posted in the Ruins, which contains archived forums that are not posted in any longer. It seems that the permissions for the Week of Craziness had not been set correctly, so it had allowed you to post there despite the archived nature of the forum. As a result, your post was removed. If your balance was very low, the amount removed from the post deletion would have put you below $0. Since your age is listed in the negatives, at least your cash got to match for a little while. ;)

So, this is kind of weird. I don't think it's an editing problem, even, because I edited my post in the Mafia thread, and it said that I had gained $0.00 from the edit, much as it should. I left to deal with something else momentarily, and now I have $-76.88. Anyone have any solutions?

Solution to the actual problem, no, since we don’t know what it is.
Solution to the money is to notify an admin.

I just preformed an edit which should have had no effect on my money, and lost $11.52.

Which post? Had you edited it previously?

Did we ever figure out this glitch? I am currently in the tank -$12.70 from some recent edits where I added text and removed none.
bookworm wrote:Crestwood threads are definitely the main offenders. I don’t edit mine very often, but when I do it is almost a guarantee to do this. Perhaps the site has trouble figuring out how to assign cash for images, and having to frequently recalculate them when the posts are edited causes confusion.
I don't think it's images, as I have been having occurrences when editing my character sheet in Gower's.

Editing my character sheet triggers it 100% of the time. Gowers is definitely another forum more plagued by the bug than most.

x3. Editing my character sheet almost always triggers a money loss.
