The Suggestion Box for darcie

Post by Agent 86 »

To start off, would it be possible to make the toolbar in Greyscale 3.0 to have a link to your profile? And would it be possible to make the toolbar so that it would stay at the top of the page where ever you scroll?

EDIT: And would it be possible to change your avatar straight from the toolbar?

Who am I? I'd rather not answer that question, the real question is, "Who are you?". Right now I am trying to think of something witty to put here.. I might not find anything, but that's fine. This block of text should be fine for a signature. Wait, are you still reading this? Why are you reading this? Stop. Seriously.
STOP.
This sentence is true.
The sentence above is false.

I dare you not to read this.
Hey! I said not to read this.
Maybe if I talk like this.
Wait, you still see me? *sighs* I give up.

I added the dropdown thing for convenience in Greyscale, and I don't really plan on editing J-man's style any further at this point. You can link to your profile via the right box where your name is shown as online. To change your avatar, just click the link to the User Control Panel, then the appropriate avatar related link.

The Blogs link in Greyscale seems to be broken :p Interesting also is that the links are inconsistent in their respect of the nomobile attribute. Blogs, ToO TV, and Shop ignore it, all the others respect it.

Give Limerick FTP access, darcie. He'll love it. :p

Seriously, I pretty much keep a "I don't edit other people's styles" policy around here. This remains in effect unless there are major broken things or we update the board and all the styles are mine. Mwahaha.

If we're bringing back styles then PurpleAIO should be at the top of the list. However I don't think Darcie would do it. Which makes me sad to loose my style.

I created a near exact replica for The Stock Market so people can at least sort of experience it.

I have a suggestion! Could the login form be moved to the top of the page somewhere, instead of being at the bottom? Please? *drops her suggestion/question into the nearby suggestion box.

I'm really not making any edits unless I revamp the whole thing. Or blow it all up. I... didn't say that. :anxious:

Haha, I like how the title of this topic changed, despite me saying I'm not changing anything. That's awesome. Keep suggesting! More MODs! Like button! Ponies! \:D/

What's the point in pointing out problems if they are never going to get fixed?

Here's a suggestion. Get somebody besides darcie to fix everything for us? She's rather busy with life to do everything that's needed here.

The thing is, minor things are no big deal and can be lived with. Major things mean update. And update means rewriting the Shop MOD that no longer is developed OR living without a shop. And someone that knows PHP and would like to write a Shop MOD is completely and totally welcome to take over maintenance. This is the same story that I've been telling for the last couple years. :)
