Now that I’ve seen actual examples of what this is going to be like, my initial thoughts from just seeing the placeholders were definitely confirmed. This size is a bit too large.
It’s not something that’s so visually averse to me that it’s going to make my eyes explode, so I personally am not going to push for a change, but I would strongly support one if considered.
As I and others have said, 450x125 looks just right. With this one confirmed as too large for my personal taste, I would favor something between the two. If a change is considered in the future.

It is a little too big for my liking as well... I'm just fine with 450x125. I'd join you, if you decided to "push for change." :mrgeen:

Ok, well, can we discuss why the size was changed? I'm confused as to why it meed changing... I suppose my "leave well enough alone/if it ain't broke don't fix it" side is showing, isn't it? However I would still like to know the reasoning behind the chnage.

It was because sig makers desired some extra room to work with. Which I support, the old size could definitely be restrictive at times. But this, I believe, was overcompensation.

Personally I'd say let's wait 6 months for when the larger size is used more so we can see the total effect. Then, review it. If it's not liked it can be changed. 
To LGBT ToOers: The world is so much wider than your family and church. There are accepting people out there.
The thing about that is if you can already tell it’s too large with just a few around, having a bunch more people use them isn’t going to change your mind, it will only further confirm the already confirmed opinion.
