Feel free to discuss and comment, but remember there is to be no lobbying for votes.

I'm almost eligible for Favorite Oldbie.
No new categories, though?

Marvin is still in charge of all that; I'm just hosting, I used what he gave me. I don't think it needs new ones though, last year's covered things pretty well. Too well as I recall, thus there was some revision this time.

Yes, I actually ended up removing a few based on suggestions, results, and ballots from last year; I really doubt that there's anything particularly lacking--at least for now.

Honestly, I think there needs to be more categories for the chat room section. *nods and tells Marvin to MAKE IT SO*

But then everyone could get win a category and it wouldn't be SPESHUL

What about a "Most reserved person". Like for people who are always on but never say anything.

. .I'm going to add two more categories to the chatting list, and everyone is responsible for making sure they include them if they've already started filling out their submissions, then

MARVIIINNNNN. Could you add in parentheses to "Best Set" that one is not voting for a member's current set only, but for consistently good sets from them? Because people change their sets.

That's not what the category was on last year. It was for a particular set.

True, I didn't edit it last year, but there were quite a few comments saying that they were voting for the generally best set, but it was too late to change the category last year.

So to be clear, we're supposed to submit a member that uses a variety of pleasing sets. The best 'overall look'.

yeah, and I remember some being confused about whether they were voting for current or in general.

That's how I was perceiving it, yes. And how I think it should be, honestly. I mean, the awards are yearly and pretty much everyone changes their set a couple/several times during the year.

Yes. I've updated the category as well with a brief descriptor, too.
