The last time they were changed was in 2011 during the Catsville Story Arc (which you can learn more about by clicking here). It's a little sad seeing these old rank titles go, because, you know, CATSPAW. 
But change can be good, so we hope you find these new titles amusing. Thank you to Jehoshaphat and Isaiah the Ox for coming up with most of them and making the new ranks a reality! For those of you who don't know, (default) rank titles coincide with your post count, depending on how many posts you have will determine your rank. So as you get more posts your rank title will change. Though, If you don't like your default rank, you can ask Catspaw (or another admin) to change it to whatever you'd like.
