EDIT: Although, I would give another $50 if it was something like "Art for ToOers" and it included painting too.

That’s a lot of money to spend on a redundant faction. Why not just use the Inventor’s Corner?

I am not sure that a faction would help. Factions move content away the public view hinder recruitment.

A faction would probably be the worst thing since no one will see it unless they are in the group/faction. And these days factions are very dead.
