So anything that doesn't completely or directly affect you is not worthy of praising? I agree, Frank has always been friendly.

I wasn't supportive of their system of handing out jobs left and right, I haven't been impressed with the titles, and I've just been generally unhappy with the decisions they've made. But they're their decisions to make, and the rest of us can just deal with it until we get the CELI set up.

What's wrong about giving people new jobs? It was simply for people who had degrees that wouldn't "match up" with their jobs. People who had multiple degrees and couldn't earn money with all of them at the same time received new jobs (and new titles).
Were the former titles more impressive?

Regardless, many--probably most--of the job titles weren't their inventions. Hence, the point's pretty moot...
"Sonuna" Taranimak ("Sonuna" Sharkquill) has been content lately. She admired own very fine Bed recently. She talked with a parent recently. She talked with a friend recently. She had a good meal recently. She admired a fine tastefully-arranged Desk recently.
She is a citizen of The United States of America. She is a member of The State of Minnesota. She is a member of The Town of Odyssey.
"Sonuna" Taranimak likes Bauxite, Copper, Green jade, the color navy, cloaks, ballistas, cats for their aloofness and hydras for their seven heads. When possible, she prefers to consume Dr Pepper and ramen.
She lives at a relaxed pace. She tends to avoid crowds. She has a fertile imagination. She is completely disorganized. She is very distant and reserved. She tends not to openly express emotions. She needs caffeine to get through the working day.

I think giving jobs to people is a good idea... but I think people would appreciate them a lot more if they were charged, say $100 dollars for them. I would have gladly paid a bit for my custom job.
And I dearly miss 'Understands the Me Syndrome'. The new titles aren't horrible, but they're mostly about conversations I must have missed.

I thought you got paid for people posting in one of your topics. I haven't gotten any money for all the replies I get in my topics!

It seems to be a board flaw. We've been having this problem for quite a while now (prior to this past election), and Shadowpaw hasn't discovered the source of the problem. We can promise anything right now, but we'll let you know if we find out anything more.DanP740 wrote:I thought you got paid for people posting in one of your topics. The bugging Trankie about the lottery and stuff was just a bunch of people in the Mac Lovers faction working with NCP [or is it NPC?] Bennett Charles to stir up a story line, or so we thought. I don't think much of it was for real!
We love Trankie! Three cheers!
