Favorite Choruses

What are some of your favorite songs to sing in church? Do you find yourself humming them at home as well? The older ones have always been my favorites:

As the Deer
I Will Sing of the Mercies
I Love You Lord

How about you?

My all time favorite is All in All.
But I really like the newer worship songs. Heart of Worship really moves me.

My favorite bible verse:
"If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell." Matthew 5:29

Faithful One
As the Deer
There Is None Like You

I could name off at least two dozen more contemporary songs we sing at church. O:) Some of them include the following:

- Blessed Be Your Name (Matt Redman)
- To the Ends of the Earth (Hillsongs)
- Evermore (Hillsongs)
- Still (Hillsongs)
- Consuming Fire (Tim Hughes)
- God of Wonders (Third Day)

At the risk of sounding repetitive...
"As the Deer" is a favorite. Others I like are "Shout to the Lord," " Above All," and "He is Exalted." :) I'm sure there's more so I might add some later.

I absolutely love all of Matt Redman CDs

Did you feel the mountains tremble
Everything that has breath
I want to know you

I could NEVER remember all my favorite songs! Haha, there are just too many! I love "Never gonna stop", "Be thou my vision", "I could sing of your love forever", "Step by Step", "Amazing Grace", "It is well with my soul"...and tons of other songs. I can't remember them, but when my mom starts playing them (she plays piano at my home town church, where I moved from to Oddessy) I remember them and think "I LOVE this song!"

Some of my favourites are, "Be thou my vision", "praise him", "crown him with many crowns", "Amazing Grace", and I'm not sure what the name of this song is but here's the first few words "It only takes a spark".

The name of that is "Pass it On."

I like As the Deer. I enjoy other songs as well, but they aren't choruses. :anxious:
