Aliens in the Bible?

Does the Bible make a case for the existence of aliens?

The Bible uses the word alien 70 times and aliens 56 times, far too many to list here but you can see them here and here. That’s 136 references.
It not only tells of beings being identified as aliens, but also gives strange accounts of humans transforming into aliens, such as this one:

Jacob came to his father Isaac at Mamre ... where Abraham and Isaac had resided as aliens.

There are also accounts of lands populated by aliens and aliens interacting with various peoples.
