Do any of you do prayer journals? I am contemplating starting one and if you guys have any suggestions for how to go about it I'd love to hear them. I usually can express myself in writing really well. I admit I haven't been as faithful in my prayer life and want to get back to it.

There's no way to 'go about it'. Just sit and write. It doesn't have to be some fancy 'O God Thou art...' Just write to Him. Write a letter, detailing everything that's been going on, everything you'd want a long lost friend you met up with again to know. Write down whatever is in your heart.
