Ted Dekker's Black, Red and White series.

Michael Phillip's Rift in Time and Hidden in Time

All of George MacDonald's books. More specifically Malcolm and The Maiden's Bequest.

Do You Think I'm Beautiful? by Angela Thomas. (Ok, I'd just recommend this to girls. ;) )

Safely Home by Randy Alcorn.

I don't really have one favorite book, but I really enjoy all of Lori Wick's books (especially The Princess and Bamboo and Lace) and all of Jamie Langston Turner's books. She is one of the most amazing authors!

I also love the LotR books!
