At the moment it's Bright Spring Morning by the Suburban Legends. One of the best ska songs I have ever heard.

Anything written by Jeremy Riddle. (For a sample of some of his stuff you can go here: http://media.vmg.com/CLUB56/CLUB56-S-96kbps-01.mp3 or here: http://media.vmg.com/CLUB56/CLUB56-S-96kbps-06.mp3 or here: http://media.vmg.com/VMD9398R/VMD9398R-S-32kbps-05.mp3)

I love the song "First Love" by Avalon, "Magnificent Obsession" by Steven Curtis Chapman, and "Surrender" and "Average Girl" by Barlow Girl.

Music is my life. God's given me gifts, and I like to use them.
Spirit now lead me, take me where You will
I long to adore You, reveal Yourself to me
My cry is to please You, so have Your way in me
Completely to bring glory to Your Name

I LOVE "You Gotta Be" by Des'ree. It's an old song from the 90's, I believe :p. IT's so catchy with a positive message. The lyrics are:
Listen as your day unfolds
Challenge what the future holds
Try and keep your head up to the sky

Lovers, they may cause you tears
Go ahead release your fears
Stand up and be counted
Don't be ashamed to cry

You gotta be.

You gotta be bad, you gotta be bold
You gotta be wiser, you gotta be hard
You gotta be tough, you gotta be stronger
You gotta be cool, you gotta be calm
You gotta stay together
All I know, all I know, love will save the day

Herald what your mother said
Readin' the books your father read
Try to solve the puzzles in your own sweet time
Some may have more cash than you
Others take a different view
My oh my heh, hey

You gotta be bad, you gotta be bold
You gotta be wiser, you gotta be hard
You gotta be tough, you gotta be stronger
You gotta be cool, you gotta be calm
You gotta stay together
All I know, all I know, love will save the day

Don't ask no questions, it goes on without you
Leaving you behind if you can't stand the pace
The world keeps on spinning
You can't stop it, if you try to
This time it's danger staring you in the face
Oh oh oh Remember

Listen as your day unfolds
Challenge what the future holds
Try and keep your head up to the sky
Lovers, they may cause you tears
Go ahead release your fears
My oh my heh, hey, hey

You gotta be

You gotta be bad, you gotta be bold
You gotta be wiser, you gotta be hard
You gotta be tough, you gotta be stronger
You gotta be cool, you gotta be calm
You gotta stay together
All I know, all I know, love will save the day

You gotta be bad, you gotta be bold
You gotta be wiser, you gotta be hard
You gotta be tough, you gotta be stronger
You gotta be cool, you gotta be calm
You gotta stay together
All I know, all I know, love will save the day

Oh, I've always loved that song!

Right now my favorite is probably "Reach out and I'll be there" an old motown song by the Four Tops.

It is very hard to narrow it down to only one song. Right now I'd say two:
Come, Now is the Time To Worship
and Held - by Natile Grant

hmm yeah i can't pick just one song but mostly anything by relient k (for example, getting into you, when i go down, for the moments i feel faint, more than useless, the truth, plenty others), mae (suspension, this is the countdown, painless, cover me, ready and waiting to fall, the sun and the moon, most things by mae), or copeland (you have my attention, your love is a fast song, hold nothing back, don't slow down)...my website lists all my favorite bands

it's amazing how music connects me with God sometimes; sometimes it's nothing more than a distraction. but it has changed my life.
...and through the times i've faded and You've outlined me again...

aubrey: oh, hm! there it is!
ben: there it is!
mrs. shepherd: there it is!
