What's the weather doing there?

Here's the place for discussing music, plays, YouTube videos, and any other media that doesn't quite fit in the other sections of Harlequin Theatre.

That discribes here pretty well.........sunny, 102.......todays gonna probably be another swimming day

*looks west to SanFransico where it is like 68*

*looks north to Mt. Shasta where there is still snow*

tempting....very tempting.

*remembers she doesn't have enough gas to get to either of those places*

OK, back to the swimming idea

Peace Out

Heh heh. Mt. Shasta rocks! (the grandparents live in Dunsmuir).

It's looking to be quite hot today, although hopefully not as bad as yesterday when my computer overheated 3 times.

Up to today it had been very humid and HOT!! Today it is about 80 degrees with no humidity. Starting on Sunday and continuing into next week the humidity and heat are back. It continues to be very dry here, but we have not gotten any rain.

Haha! You think 80 degrees is hot?! :laughat:

It's about 94 here right now. 31 percent humidity.

But that's nothing compared to Mexicali, Baja, Mexico. Haha. Spend a week there, and you're grateful for 100 degree weather with anything less than 50 percent humidity.

It's been 70 degrees or higher for weeks now. And in Washington, that is no SMALL FEAT!

No I don't think 80 degrees is hot. Try 94 with very high humidity.

In Mexico, we weren't technically allowed to wear shorts more than two inches above the knee and weren't technically allowed to wear tank tops at all. But the jr. high pastor who was our leader for that trip said what we had was fine. (My best friend and I went on a hunt through all the clothing stores here to find really modest tank tops and we were breaking less rules in the tank tops we had than some of the girls were in T-shirts.)

Lucky lucky. As you probably know, I'm one of those people who wears shorts all day even in the dead of winter. This is going to be torture.... yet I shall persevere. Lol. When my friends heard about it..... well, lets just say they bring it up frequently. At least the hot food should help relieve some of the difficulty.

It's hazy so you can't see the mountains. :mecry: It hasn't been extremely hot, but I can't stand the slightest bit of summer heat. *wishes it was fall*
