No; J.K. Rowling purposefully didn't say where the scar was to leave it up to the reader's imagination. It could be anywhere on his forehead.

I just started "The Parting Of The Ways."
The climax totally blew my mind :0 first the battle with Voldemort, then Mad Eye Moody, but then it WASN'T Mad Eye Moody.... I am in awe of her writing.

Last night I watched Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I felt like it could have been significantly longer and still very enjoyable, but it was still fun. I very much enjoyed when
Hermione defeated Ron so easily in their small, demonstration/ dual like thing.

It's interesting reading the Harry Potter books and watching the films, because I know generally what happens in them, but I don't know the specifics.
