Hey it's a topic about the ever popular facebook. Now, If you have a facebook, and you don't consider it stalkerish, if you want me to be your friend, tell me your name and I will find you. (Again, not in a stalkerish way.)

I'm not on Facebook, and have absolutely no desire to be. Never have.

So this is actually the "hey, I'm not on Facebook either!" topic now.

There was one particular friend a year or two ago who was pressuring me to join constantly. It was ridiculous. I stayed resolute and never did. She quit about a year later. I found it amusing.

Why is it un-hip to NOT have Facebook?

Jelly. :p

I'd love to join your un-hip club, but I happen to have a Facebook account. :( I'd rather not have one, but nearly every person at my church has one, or it at least seems to be that way. I'm actually surprised that I've made it this far without one, considering Facebook is the preferred method for communication for mission trips, projects, and service for most cases there.

Facebook is extemely foreign to me. It's an entirely different culture on there. It's been interesting to figure out.

I am on Facebook, and the draw for me was that I have a lot of good friends who are pretty far away, some heading off to college and whatnot, and that's the best way for us to stay in touch with each other. I originally made my account just so that I could run a FB page, but then I started friending people and now I use it.

I only friend people I know in real life though, sorry GIA89
