The Town of Odyssey

I've finished Star Trek: The Next Generation, Sliders, Sherlock, and Dr. Who, and I'm in need of a new fandom to join... I'll eventually get into DS9, but I've decided to take a break from Trek for the time being. I'm looking for something that's either Sci-Fi, or just plain fantastic (like Sherlock)... Any suggestions?

You've watched all of Doctor Who and yet you still refer to it as Dr. Who? I'm not even a fan and I know that's blasphemy.

I'm not sure, but I think it's only a problem if you refer to the Doctor himself as Doctor Who.

Uhh... Supernatural. You have nine seasons to get caught up on and its still ongoing. Plus its hilarious.

This is a fact. It's socially acceptable to abbreviate Doctor Who to Dr. Who, when referring to the show. It is, however, blasphemy to call the character himself The Dr., or (even worse) Doctor (or Dr.) Who; Doctor Who is not his name, it is a question -- a very important question.

A question I couldn't possibly care less about. Except Dr. Who's appearance in King Kong Escapes. Not to be confused with King Kong Sk8s.

You definitely need to get into Stargate - it's scifi and plain fantastic!

Firefly is also sci-fi and fantastic. Unfortunately it's only one season, but there's a movie

Stargate

If you watch the first few Stargate SG-1 episodes, just know that there are...things...to be aware of. Namely uh, a couple of very (by which I mean completely) bare personages of the female gender. Just heads-up.

I just started 'Merlin' today. It's pretty cool so far; I'm excited! ^.^

Doctor Who was what the actor was credited as from the first doctor to the fifth doctor, as well as the ninth doctor. It is also what the role is referred to by quite a few actors that have played the Doctor in the past.

And it's the oldest question, not the most important question.

But it's not on Netflix. Only the movie that started it is on Netflix...

You didn't say it had to be. Try the library maybe.

Alright then, does anybody have any series' that are on Netflix (that's either Sci-Fi, or just plain fantastic) that I should start watching?

Blacklist has nothing to do with those shows but it's on Netflix and is grand.

That's not a fandom though, it's just a show.
