I was stating his opinion that he is not a dictator to be wrong. In reality he is losing power fast; when people realize how superior Linux is, and use it to the point where software developers start making Linux versions, Windoze will fall, and Billy with it. That is unless he decides to scrap Windows and write a new, half decent operation system, which I doubt... [/rant]
