I don't have that, though we used to have World Book Encyclopedia.

Don't have it. Partially for the reason that I almost never use such programs, and they usually seem to be bloatware, and poorly laid out and written. I prefer google.

I perfer Google too. It may be a different case for you when doing research, seeing as you're only 10, but believe me, it's a different game when you're 18 or 19 and in college.

I don't use it either, although I did a long time ago. I find the Internet much better.

I used Encarta way back when we were on dialup. Once we got highspeed internet, we no longer had any use for the program. :)

I know that we had an encyclopedia, I don't know whether or not is was Encarta.

Yay! Didn't they have a really cute little "Labyrinth" kind of game on there? I used to play it all the time! \:D/ (And used Encarta all the time too.) What a great rescourse! :D

I have encarta......but I dont use it....I have a set of my ownbook encyclopedias if I need them and then theres google.....

I used to use Encarta in the dialup days. I still like the program because of the illustation and the 'all-in-one' feeling. Now the Internet has grown to be a powerful tool - and I always use it for researching.
