Book would be Nancy Drew, since I grew up reading her. Radio would be Harlow Doyle. I do not watch alot of mysteries on TV so I do not have a TV favorite.
I really like Diagnosis Murder.... but my absolute favorite detective is Remington Steele... although, he's just a prop until about half-way through the second season. Laura Holt's the real detective. And Murphy Michaels is pretty darn awesome, too.
If we were talking about Federal Agents, I'd have to go with Lee Stetson, Jason Gideon, or Aaron Hotchner.

Music is my life. God's given me gifts, and I like to use them. Spirit now lead me, take me where You will
I long to adore You, reveal Yourself to me
My cry is to please You, so have Your way in me
Completely to bring glory to Your Name

Haha Wishbone that was a PBS show I had all but completely forgotten about until you just brought it up!!!
Now I miss that little dog
The Gospel:
Holy God in love became
Perfect man to bare my blame
On the Cross He took my sin
By His death I live again

There are like 5 or 6 movies about him if you miss him to bad. I think you can rent them from some movie stores.

Woohoo! Trixie Belden is by far the best book detective! *Is happy there are other people who ahve actually heard of her* Monk is the best TV detective.
