TC#1: Here I Am

Post by Robyn Jacobs »

I noticed that many of you have been recently ordering The Truth Chronicles albums, and I just recently listened to all of them. So, it is time to get your thoughts on these fascinating episodes on developing a Biblical Worldview! \:D/ The concept of The Truth Project is amazing and has been on my heart a lot lately. I would love to hear what you think!

Four stars a great episode, despite being a little scary with such a powerful message.

I just order Truth Chronicles yesterday so hopefully it'll come soon!

Perhaps a mod should move all these threads to the episode reviews board? :anxious:

I just ordered it off ebay like 3 days ago :anxious:

I wanted to win it in that fan contest a while back, but I knew that that was a long shot. :anxious:

So did I. That's why I carted out almost my whole collection for that picture. Oh well. :shrugs:

If I would have taken lots of time instead of throwing a few albums on a shelf, I could have done something cool, but :-

He's a member here and I got to meet him last August at Focus on the Family. Nice guy—Will Ryan introduced him to me. :)

I believe his official title is something along the lines of "assistant manager of product marketing and sales". The UAIOP did an interview with him, but I can't seem to find it. :-k

I am moving all of these Truth Chronicle Threads to the Episode Reviews forum because they are Odyssey episodes even if they were not so fortunate as to have episode numbers bestowed upon it. :)

Josh's title is listed as Associate Manager, Product Marketing. But he's since left FOTF to follow a calling to Washington, DC. :)

And I apologize for not having anything about the actual topic to contribute. :(

I thought that this was a good introduction to the themes of this album, although it is a bit all over the place. It made me laugh, although it does get a bit scary (in an odd way) near the end.

I love it when Whit comes in and saves the day. "I've been taking night classes."

She left many of us behind. She left us heartbroken. And though we cry now there'll come a time when we'll laugh. Because we'll see her again someday. We'll be with her in heaven. And when we go to heaven she'll be there to greet us. She'll be there to say "Welcome home." -From a poem that SnC wrote about her grandmother

The episode is a little...random. A bit like the "live show" story. It resembles a BTV show in a way, since it's pretty much a bunch of little skits.

I enjoyed it! It was like a roller coaster! (I heard that somewhere and it seemed to fit this episode) I liked all the skit's and the message was good! I would give this 95% (or A or 9.5/10)
