586: "A Cheater Cheated"

I gave it five stars. Though not nearly quite as "explosive" as recent episodes, I found it to keep the status quo of feeling like "classic" Odyssey.

I do find it interesting, however, that many people have been clamoring to have episodes that aren't looking back into the past; episodes that are "slice of life" in the present, or what have you, and as soon as we get one, it's not well-liked.

There will always be imperfections because as humans, we're not capable of creating anything perfectly. In an episode such as this, where the positive (if you're looking for it) so heavily outways the negative, I think we should appreciate the fact that the writers (directors/producers/actors/etc.) keep plugging along--despite our negative, critical attitudes.

(Note: I'm not trying to shame anyone or be preachy. I tend towards focusing on the negative as well, and that's why it's so apparent to me when others do.)

it was a good episode I thought it was a little bit predictable, but it was still an excellent episode
