Yes, they have actually made a video game in the arcades that will give you an electric shock. Currently, the only game on the Pain Station is Pong . You must have one hand on a special pad at all times. If your opponent scores, your hand is shocked momentarily.
The first person to take their hand of the pad loses.
A new breakthrough in video games. My dad says that, soon, you'll actually be able to get hurt in video games.
What features do you think the next installment of Super Smash Bros. will have?

A friend of mine modified one of his PS2 controllers so instead of vibrating, it'd shock your hand.
And the new Super Smash Bros. will have Pac-man, Sonic, and Bomberman guest starring!

Wow. Safe to say I'll never play a game with such a feature.

Yeah, that's messed up.
God promises a safe landing, not smooth passage.

I don't like getting shocked...I don't think I'd like this.

I wouldn't like that - I'm way too bad to ever volunteer to be shocked every time somebody does better than me.
It sounds rather un-fun.

It would break some people's horrible addiction to video games...

Or maybe they'll just get used to the pain and play anyway, or just go back to playing a more normal game system.

Sort of like those new lie detectors they have out.
Guess what happens if you tell a lie.

My best friend got one of these games like the first day they came out. He adores that stuff.
Of course he played it with me without explaining what it was at first.

It will definitely be an incentive to win!
